The controller of data provided to the practice is lawyer Angelika Mazur-Kubowicz, Kancelaria Adwokacka, ul. Przy Rondzie 53/4, 31-547 Kraków, Polish tax number (NIP) 9452096109. For data-related enquiries: mazur.kubowicz@gmail.com.

Contacting the practice

If you contact us by phone or email, the practice receives the data you provide, including contact details and information in your message. These are used to respond and arrange a consultation. Providing data is voluntary, but without contact details it may be impossible to respond.

Purposes and legal bases for processing

Data may be processed to take steps at your request before entering into a contract or to perform a contract for legal services (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), to comply with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR), and to conduct correspondence and establish, exercise or defend legal claims in the controller’s legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Detailed information about handling a particular case is provided when the engagement begins.

Recipients and retention periods

Where necessary, data may be shared with technical and email service providers and entities authorised by law. Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to respond to the enquiry and, if an engagement follows, for the period required by its scope, legal obligations and the need to protect legal claims.

Your rights

To the extent provided by law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it. You may lodge a complaint with the President of Poland’s Personal Data Protection Office.

Google Maps and external links

Maps on the Locations page load automatically when the page opens. This connects to Google’s service, whose provider may receive your IP address and browser data, among other information. Links to Google Maps, Facebook and Instagram lead to external services with their own privacy policies: Google and Meta.

Analytics and cookies

The website collects basic statistics on visits, article views, clicks on the phone number and links to the Contact page. Measurement uses a random visit identifier stored in the browser tab’s session storage; a new visit starts after 30 minutes of inactivity. Statistics do not contain IP addresses, form contents or referring-page addresses. We do not use analytics cookies or an external analytics provider. Detailed events are kept for up to 90 days, and reports are available only in the panel after login. Browsing with an active editorial login is excluded. Automatically loading a map or visiting an external service means using that provider’s services. This website has no form for submitting case documents; agree how to provide documents directly with the practice.
